Project Details
In May 2024, IPW… undertook a Demand Assessment on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council to explore the potential feasibility of a new-build Wrexham Memorial Hall.
The process included an analysis of the local demographics, catchment and competition, and commentary on the design brief to maximise the building’s sustainability. Extensive stakeholder consultations were undertaken in Wrexham, that supported the identification of a preferred way forward for the project.
IPW… developed a business plan for the proposed venue to inform financial sustainability considerations.
