IPW worked alongside our partners Mather & Co to advise The RFU on key commercial decisions related to the redevelopment of the East Stand, with a particular focus on the potential for an enhanced museum offer to drive new (direct and indirect) revenues.

We developed an innovative solution to complement the overall stadium offer, creating a unique matchday hospitality offer as part of the overall investment in the East Stand to maximise project deliverability.

We subsequently completed a business planning exercise for three potential museum options, including analysis of financial data provided by The RFU, benchmark/best practice research, and our combined team’s insight and perspective on what could be achieved in a new museum space at Twickenham.
