IPW… was appointed by Westfield Corporation to deliver a feasibility appraisal for a new entertainment venue, which was being considered as part of a wider leisure development alongside Westfield Stratford City – one of the largest shopping centres in the UK.
Our work included an analysis of the local and national market for mid-size performance spaces, research on competitor venues and the development of a headline preferred facility mix. We also prepared headline programming, throughput and financial projections for the proposed venue to show the range of financial returns potentially achievable.
