Watford Colosseum

IPW… was initially appointed to undertake a review of the redevelopment plans for the Watford Colosseum and their strategy for the appointment of an Operator following its reopening.

IPW… was subsequently retained to lead the operator procurement process; preparing the bid documentation, managing the competitive dialogue procurement process, undertaking bid assessments, negotiating the terms of the deal and securing an operator on behalf of the Council.

AEG Presents are due to reopen the Colosseum in 2025 following a c£15m refurbishment.
