IPW… led a team appointed by the supporter-owned Lewes FC to evaluate the potential options for the development of their iconic Dripping Pan ground.
Our work included looking at historic attendances and local demographic data, and auditing the local market for sport and leisure facilities in particular, overlaid with our knowledge of industry best practice.
On the basis of our research and analysis, we advised the Club on how it could develop its facilities (and potentially adjacent land) to secure a strong and sustainable revenue position.
At the end of our appointment, a £5m scheme was developed and presented to the Club’s members to be taken forward.
