Our team members led the development of a property strategy for sportscotland involving location, ownership and management issues related to its headquarters and national centres.
The study also set out a development strategy for the provision of indoor and outdoor facilities that is now the focus for the development of Scotland’s national facilities strategy.
Our team’s work helped to lever in a commitment of £50m+ for facility development from the Scottish Executive, which has played a fundamental role in increasing the range and quality of opportunities to participate in sport.
