IPW… was appointed by Sheffield International Venues in 2014 to assess the potential options for the future operation of the (then) Motorpoint Arena.
Our work included a review of the existing contractual arrangements with a third-party operator, review of past operating performance and benchmarking, assessment of the UK arena marketplace and consideration of potential future operating models.
Further to our report, SIV opted to take the operation of the arena back in-house and IPW… assisted in the implementation of the transfer.
