IPW… was appointed by a leading Pro14 rugby union club to work alongside our partners Holmes Miller and Core Five in testing the feasibility of stadium expansion.
Our team analysed the financial implications of expansion through modelling the incremental revenue that would be driven by four alternative stadium design/development scenarios with a range of GA and Premium offers, testing the implications of new Premium offers and price points.
This analysis sat alongside initial design and cost projections to inform a rounded view of overall project affordability.
