IPW… was appointed as part of a specialist team to advise a private sector developer on the feasibility of a new indoor arena (and major professional football stadium) on the edge of Naples, to complement a major new retail destination.
Our arena work included an analysis of the regional and European concert market dynamics, stakeholder consultation and venue benchmarking to determine the optimum facility mix based on market demand.
We subsequently prepared a detailed 10-year financial model for a 10,000 capacity arena venue to project operational performance (including sensitivity testing), and developed the operating and funding model for the venue.
