Working alongside our local associate partners, IPW… delivered a detailed feasibility study to advise the Engineering Office of Sheikh Mansour (EOM) on the key financial and non-financial implications associated with investing in developing Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium (home to Al Jazira FC).
Our work particularly focused on the potential scope to attract and host additional entertainment events and concerts at the Stadium.
This included consultation with major local stakeholders including event promoters, advice on potential design interventions, and the development of a detailed business case to inform the investment decision.
We also highlighted the key market challenges and the financial risks associated with the project, to ensure the client’s detailed understanding of the key issues.
