Project Details

Our team worked for the ODA to deliver a feasibility study assessing the market potential for the mixed use of the 2012 Olympic Stadium post-Games.

Our appointment was specifically focused on the potential to deliver an athletics legacy alongside (non- Premier League) professional football and rugby.

In this role, we developed the concept of the ‘Living Stadium’ to maximise use of the venue and the associated revenue streams, incorporating health, education and leisure tenants alongside the core sports users. This included exploring potential professional rugby team tenancies and assessing additional commercial activities possible as part of the wider stadium.

We appraised alternative options for legacy ownership and operation in line with the recommended facility mix and assisted with the delivery of a financial appraisal of the options identified.
