Project Details

Our team members advised on the legacy feasibility of a series of Olympic and Paralympic venues during their development ahead of London 2012.

This was particularly focused on the Stadium and Eton Manor, and included reviewing local catchment need, prospective tenant requirements and key financial implications. On this basis, we advised on design and operating considerations and projected their financial sustainability in legacy mode.

We were focused on identifying solutions to maximise the post-Games usage, benefit and financial performance of the venues.

In a wider strategic brief across the overall Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, our team also completed a Legacy Review & Recommendations as part of a long-term secondment to the CLM Delivery Partner, where we provided significant advice related to the design, future role and operation of the venues post-Games.
