IPW… were appointed by the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, the Tennis Foundation along with its partner the Lawn Tennis Association, to undertake a feasibility and cost/benefit analysis of potential options to develop the tennis provision and facilities at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre.
Our work included a market analysis, options development, business planning, capital cost projections, cost/benefit analysis and options appraisal. We also explored a number of funding and financing solutions for each option and set out clear recommendations for the next steps of the project.
