On behalf of Wirral Council Regeneration team, IPW… has led the feasibility and subsequent procurement of a development partner to deliver a World Class Golf Resort in Hoylake, Wirral.
The resort incorporates a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18 hole course, a replacement municipal course, clubhouse, hotel and golf academy that will support the existing R&A Open venue, the Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
Prudential Borrowing and enabling residential development are critical components of the solution.
IPW… prepared the bid documentation, managed the competitive dialogue procurement process, undertook bid assessments, negotiated the terms of the deal and secured a development partner.
IPW… were retained by the Council to continue to support them through the funding and delivery phase of the project.
