IPW… undertook a two stage study to determine the feasibility and deliverability of an ice rink in Derby.
The study involved a detailed site assessment, market assessment, stakeholder consultation including NGB’s and potential rink operators and business planning. The outputs provided the Council with a recommended facility mix, annual operating position and funding options to progress to delivery.
The project received Cabinet approval in 2017 and progressed whereby IPW… were retained to lead the Competitive Dialogue Operator Procurement competition.
