IPW… developed the Outline Business Case and Full Business Case for a major new arena for Copenhagen on behalf of a client team including the City of Copenhagen and Realdania.
The business case identified strategic need for an indoor arena, presented the likely financial performance and sustainability of the venue, and advised on its funding and its deliverability.
IPW… subsequently managed the operator procurement competition leading to the appointment of Live Nation as operator.
The arena opened in February 2017 and successfully hosted the World Ice Hockey Championships in May 2018.
