IPW… was appointed by the City of Cardiff Council in 2015 to develop a business plan for a proposed 15,000 capacity arena in Cardiff.
Our work included a market assessment to test the proposed arena capacity, the development of two 10-year business plan scenarios, estimates of potential operator rental values and projections of the likely public sector funding requirements and potential solutions.
