IPW… delivered a feasibility appraisal for an entertainment venue as part of a wider leisure development in Bratislava, which was being considered as a major anchor for a new casino by a leading international developer.
Our work included an analysis of the local and regional market, consultation with promoters across Slovakia and Central Europe, and discussions with prospective operators to recommend the optimum capacity and facility mix to meet the client’s outcomes. We also advised on the outline operational considerations and projections of likely income from venue rental/ticket sales, F&B, merchandising, and other commercial rights.
