IPW… are appointed by Battersea Power Station Development Company to advise them on the development of a range of event spaces and visitor attractions being developed inside the Power Station.
The iconic spaces set to open in 2021, include a multipurpose 1,500 capacity venue, the Chimney Lift Experience – a glass viewing platform and visitor attraction created within one of the iconic chimneys – and a smaller 200 capacity unique event space located in the sensitively refurbished original Power Station Control Room.
IPW… are also advising on additional complementary event spaces including the Riverfront Park and the Village Hall.
IPW… has undertaken supply and demand analysis against key potential uses, business plan development, soft market testing and feedback on the space layouts/ adjacencies.
IPW… has introduced the opportunity to the international and domestic operator market and are currently managing the operator selection tender process across all the event spaces/ attractions.
